At Lost Mountain Animal Hospital, we require that all pets entering the hospital must be free of parasites. We do our best to keep everyone clean and smelling good while they are staying with us, therefore we strongly recommend that all pets be given a bath before going home after boarding. All baths include a complimentary nail trim, anal gland expression, and ear cleaning. We require that all pets are current on their vaccinations and tests in order to stay in our hospital. And for all new boarders, and entrance exam is required.
We feed Science Diet Feline and Iams Low Residue Canine dry food to our guests while they are staying with us. Any owner’s that wish to keep their pets on their regular or special diets may bring their own food with them. We provide clean and comfortable bedding for our guest’s daily. And we walk all dogs twice daily.
Boarding
Our boarding facilities are climate controlled, cleaned, and disinfected daily. We welcome dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. We offer a separate quiet room for cats, kittens, and an area for rabbits, hamsters and gerbils.
We care about our grooming clients, and offer Professional Pet Grooming by our expert Pet Stylist, Diane Pegram.
